In the Name of God Amen I Stephen Rice Jago of the Town of Mevagissey in the County of Cornwall Merchant being of Sound and disposing mind memory and Understanding do make this my last Will and testament in manner following ffirst I give the Sum of two hundred and thirty three Pounds to be equally divided amongst the Children of my Sister Catherine Blake that is to say Robert William Thomas James Hannah and Sarah Blake Secondly I give the Sum of two hundred and thirty three Pounds to be equally divided amongst the Children of my Sister Elizabeth Pearce Thirdly I give unto my Nephew John Hampson Jago his heirs & Executors one half my ffreehold Estate Treverva in the Parish of Budock in the County of Cornwall ffourthly and lastly I do hereby ordain constitute and appoint my Nephews William Jago Thomas Jago William Rice Jago and John Hampson Jago Executors of all the rest residue and remainder of my real and Personal Estate and Effects of whatsoever nature or kind hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made In Witness hereof I the said Stephen Rice Jago the Testator of this my last Will and Testament set my hand and Seal this twenty fourth day of July in the Year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and twenty six Stephen Price Jago
